These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from GLIMMERIFY HOME, operated by GLIMMERIFY LLC, through https://glimmerifyhome.com. They should be read with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Products and availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Product pages identify the principal characteristics of each item. Customers should review the description, dimensions, color, materials, compatibility information, included components, price, and delivery information before ordering.
Prices taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the full amount payable are shown before order submission. Payment must be authorized through an accepted checkout payment method. We do not add undisclosed subscription or membership charges.
Order acceptance
An order is not accepted merely because it has been submitted. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery details, and suspected fraud. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or shipment. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify the customer and reverse or refund any collected payment to the original method.
Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping throughout the United States is free. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, transit is estimated at 3 to 5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, item changes, and address changes may be requested through customer support before shipment. Requests cannot be completed after shipment and are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Returns exchanges and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery and must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not required, reasonable inspection is allowed, no restocking fee applies, and we pay standard return and exchange shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; the payment provider may require another 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.
Consumer rights
These terms do not limit any warranty, refund, or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
